Dentsu is seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Search (Temporary). The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the implementation and execution of Paid Search campaigns and strategies and the day-to-day communication with clients to help achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Work hands-on within Paid Search platforms and accounts (SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) to develop and enhance various strategies and campaign types (Traditional Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.) for several business lines
- Assist Director in Project Management tasks and prioritization to ensure realistic expectations are set and deadlines are hit
- Work to uphold and expand upon internal processes for the successful management of Paid Search programs
- Must be able to manage large budgets
Qualifications:
- Expert understanding of SEM fundamentals.
- Excellent Project Management & Organizational skills
- Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical skills
- Experience managing client relationships through presentations & frequent communication
- Experience working within SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Experience developing & enhancing all Paid Search campaign types (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, etc.)
- Experience working with Google’s various automated bidding solutions
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strategic Thinking:Beyond tactical execution, a Paid Search Sr. Manager must think strategically. Understand client goals, align campaigns with business objectives, and drive long-term success.

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor multiple account performance and ensure accurate targets are being achieved and ensure the health of the accounts
- Ensuring effective communication internally & externally
- Provides day to day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff
- Liaises with vendors and third-party reps to maintain and develop
- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
- Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client
The anticipated hourly range for this position is ($37.50/hr-$60.82/hr).
