We are building out our sales, service, & product departments globally and are seeking expert support to rapidly scale our teams in the Phillipines, Latin America, Canada and the Middle East.Contract Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension based on project needs and performance).

Project Deliverables and Outcomes

We are seeking an experienced and highly focused Global Talent Acquisition Strategist (Contractor) to deliver several critical, high-impact projects. This role is strictly project-based and requires a self-starter who can rapidly implement solutions.

The core objective is to establish scalable, compliant, and efficient TA foundations across our target global regions and to ensure roles continue to be filled in a timely manner.

Key Milestones (Measurable Outcomes)
  • Finalized 12-Month Global TA Roadmap: Deliver a detailed, data-backed strategy for scaling our workforce in Latin America, Phillipines, Canada, and the Middle East, including location-based sourcing channel recommendations.
  • ATS Optimization Report & Implementation: Audit and optimize the global configuration of our ATS (e.g., Rippling) to standardize workflows, reporting fields, and compliance checks.
  • Build and Oversee Recruitment Team: Hire and oversee regional contract recruiters for varying roles to ensure quality and rapid talent acquisition.
  • Regional Value Proposition Toolkit: Create and document detailed sourcing playbooks (including tools, platforms, and competitor intelligence) for three high-priority global functions (Senior Engineers, Regional Sales Leads, and Customer Support).
  • TA Handover Documentation & Training: Document all new processes, strategies, and systems, and conduct a minimum of two training sessions for the existing People/HR team members.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on, high-level experience in Talent Acquisition strategy and operations.
  • Proven track record of successful, time-bound project delivery in a global or multi-regional context. Note: We are looking for implementers, not long-term people managers.
