• Lead and manage on-site teams across a variety of project sizes and locations
• Direct impact with clientele and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to Project-Specific Safety Plans and OSHA safety policies
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to run the site efficiently
• Manage scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract administration, and related activities

• Previous experience as a Superintendent
• Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Enforce Project-Specific Safety Plan and ensure compliance with OSHA safety policies
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, equipment, manpower, contract administration, etc.
