Responsibilities
  • Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training catalogs
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform product strategy and localization
  • Draft and assist in the creation of Product Strategy Documents and Product Launch Documents
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement
  • Assist with vendor onboarding processes and content reviews for international expansion
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French (preferred)
  • Strong multitasking and project management skills
  • Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and punctuation in both Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
  • Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
