What to Expect
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the analytics strategy for CRM, enhancing customer relationships and optimizing retention
- Define and implement measurement frameworks for evaluating CRM campaigns and lifecycle initiatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering to design and analyze experiments to improve engagement
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track CRM performance and impact
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership with clear storytelling and visualizations
What is Required
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, particularly in CRM, lifecycle, or growth analytics
- Advanced proficiency with SQL for handling large data sets independently
- Proven experience applying measurement and experimentation techniques to evaluate CRM initiatives
- Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Looker
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with CRM or campaign management platforms
- Familiarity with web and app analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics
- Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and modeling concepts, including experience with dbt and Snowflake
