What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training (ACT) catalogs
• Conduct market research and draft Product Strategy Documents (PSDs) for strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials
• Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes
• Represent Product Managers in meetings and support data analysis and logistics

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French preferred
• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
