What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Support product lifecycle management and course development for Advanced Career Training (ACT) catalogs
- Conduct market research and draft Product Strategy Documents (PSDs) for strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product launches and enablement materials
- Assist with third-party vendor reviews and onboarding processes
- Represent Product Managers in meetings and support data analysis and logistics
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years’ experience in Product Management, project management, program management, or policy/compliance management
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and/or French preferred
- Strong multitasking and project management skills
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Smartsheet
- Familiarity with SEO, competitive intelligence, and localization practices
- Experience in education, workforce development, or bilingual content development
