• Serve as the SAP PM/EAM Functional Expert for S/4 HANA data migration
• Analyze legacy system data and validate load files submitted for PM/EAM modules
• Test data load quality and coordinate user testing and load acceptance
• Document transformation rules and requirements for automated migration tools
• Identify and resolve data duplication and quality issues

• 8+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) experience
• 2+ years of S/4 HANA implementation, rollout, and data migration experience
• Proven expertise in SAP PM master and transactional data migration
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Functional Location, Equipment, Spare parts, and BOMs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience working in global delivery teams or regulated environments
