What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Customer Information System and related products to address client inquiries effectively
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing features and value propositions
- Engage with potential clients in a consultative manner to align solutions with their unique business needs
- Lead efforts to enhance the company’s cloud-based demo environment and automate configuration processes
- Attend industry conferences and collaborate with internal teams to refine and enhance the product roadmap
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical sales or implementation services, preferably within the utility billing sector
- Strong foundation in utility billing operations and meter to cash processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience developing, evaluating, and managing the RFP process for municipal utilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret client requirements
- Familiarity with enterprise software solutions, technical architecture, and integration processes

- Results‑oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
