A financial services organization in Canada is looking for a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent for a 12-month temporary position. You will engage with clients to analyze their needs and develop tailored insurance solutions while ensuring high service quality. This role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of relevant experience, with a strong emphasis on communication and customer focus. French language skills are mandatory. The position offers competitive salary, annual bonus, and generous benefits.
Temporary position for 12 months.
As a property and casualty insurance agent, you help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You help sell general insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You promote and sell property and casualty coverage to individual clients. You analyze member/client needs and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage. You ensure member/client satisfaction and service quality in accordance with the organization’s standards and procedures. You help develop and maintain business relationships, analyze member/client needs and develop custom solutions. You help develop solutions using your analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge. The ability to learn quickly and use technology effectively is essential. You assist current and potential members and clients. You represent the organization and help negotiate agreements with clients. More specifically, you will be required to:
