A leading legal services firm in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal. You will handle various corporate legal tasks including minute book reviews and incorporation processes. Candidates must have over 3 years of related experience, familiarity with the Corporations Act, and strong organizational skills. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

- Conduct minute book reviews.
- Handle incorporations, including documentation and registrations.
- Review agreements related to transactions.
Conocimientos
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal for our client. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Vancouver area. Our client is a large company providing legal services to businesses based in North America and around the world.
- 3+ years of related experience
- Experience working with AFL
- Familiarity with the incorporation process under the Corporations Act as well as experience with public companies and the Securities Act is required
- Ability to manage several files at once, a strong sense of planning and organization
- Minute book reviews
- Dealing with incorporations including pre- and post-documentation; extra-provincial registrations across Canada
- Reviewing agreements relating to transactions
- Determine and draft required documentation
- Complete and summarize due diligence searches
- Organize and complete closing documentation and closing books
- Complete required provincial or federal corporate filings
