Your Impact

As a Program Manager (PM) at Correlation One, you will manage key aspects of live, online training programs and support the Program Operations team in strategic initiatives. You will help prepare, launch, and manage training programs, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong project and program manager who can handle multiple deadlines and stakeholders. This role supports the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup, staff hiring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communications.

Reporting to a Senior Program Manager, you should be a quick learner with initiative, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and motivated to impact lives through education as we scale more programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and launch of training programs, including application setup, client communications, and staff hiring processes.
  • Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Support the Senior Operations Team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance program impact, experience, and scalability.
  • Facilitate admissions processes, including application setup, pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing support to ensure strong enrollment.
  • Manage instructional contractor screening, review, and hiring for Teaching Assistants and Lead Instructors.
  • Oversee live, online training programs (typically 12–20 weeks), ensuring engagement and benefit for learners, instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide support to instructors and contractual staff.
  • Ensure stakeholders fulfill their responsibilities and that course technology functions properly.
  • Provide a friendly, professional learning environment by addressing learner needs and responding to inquiries promptly.
Admissions Process
  • Contribute to a successful admissions process, including application setup, pipeline monitoring, inquiry responses, and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on Q&A sessions and applicant support to drive strong enrollment.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Manage and guide a small team of 1-2 Operations Analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative culture with ongoing learning and development.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, career development, and mentorship to team members.
Client Relationship Management
  • Support relationship-building with clients and address their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for program enhancements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work with Business Operations, Curriculum, Professional Development, Account Management, and other teams to ensure coordinated program execution.
  • Contribute to improvements in the overall training program ecosystem.
Strategic Insight and Reporting
  • Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to reporting on program developments, successes, and challenges to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation to enhance delivery and experience.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous programs.
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of program management experience, including at least 1 year in an educational or training setting.
  • Experience leading and managing teams with autonomy and success.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Experience with data analysis, CRM/Salesforce, and education-related software is a plus.
Time Commitment
  • Remote-first flexibility with working hours aligned to the East Coast (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM ET).
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required with compensatory time off provided.
