• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to qualify new business opportunities
• Manage and nurture inbound leads with timely follow-ups to ensure effective engagement
• Track sales activities and pipeline progress in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Represent the employer at industry events, building connections and relationships
• Schedule meetings and provide logistical support for the CEO during the sales process

• Approximately 3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in the SaaS or media industry
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience with cold calling and handling objections
• Organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a must)
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for media and journalism

• Experience in building strong, collaborative relationships that drive sales success
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with a positive mindset
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor with a strategic outlook
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
