What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the friendly voice of the employer, providing world-class customer service and technical support
- Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Maintain accurate records by tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
- Develop a broad knowledge of client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong focus on building customer relationships and explaining technology
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment from home
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
