- Acquire in-depth knowledge of public and private funding mechanisms
- Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service within an office setting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry
- Bilingualism in French and English
- Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
