Job summary
A leading healthcare services provider in Laval is seeking a bilingual professional for a clinical support role. You will engage with patients and healthcare professionals via multiple communication channels to assist with drug insurance inquiries and promote patient adherence. Candidates should possess minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy, customer service, or related fields, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The role offers flexible scheduling and emphasizes quality service.

- Manage inbound calls and assist with program enrollment and inquiries related to drug insurance coverage.
- Deliver counseling to patients and support adherence and compliance with treatment.

- Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of health insurance and reimbursement navigation support
- Experience in a call center environment or specialty pharmacy
- University degree or diploma considered an asset
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery
