Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of experience in leadership roles, particularly with dementia care, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Min. 2 years as a Traditions Director or equivalent.
  • 2 years working with dementia patients and 1 in a leadership role required.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Must exhibit outstanding leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new Directors.
  • Conduct assigned Traditions Program Audits.
  • Ensure adherence to Oakmont policies and procedures.
  • Participate in development of Oakmont programming standards.
  • Assist in new community openings, including hiring and training.
