Personal Support Worker — Make a Difference at Home
Zusammenfassung
A community support organization is seeking a Personal Support Worker to provide personal support and homemaking services based on established care plans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing client needs, implementing care plans, and assisting with daily activities while providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills and flexibility in working hours and settings.
Qualifikationen
- Must have a current Standard First Aid Certificate or CPR level C Certificate.
- Experience working with elderly or ill individuals or children is an asset.
- Availability for flexible hours is necessary.
Aufgaben
- Observes and evaluates the personal support care plan.
- Implements changes to the care plan under guidance.
- Provides personal care and homemaking services.
