Ground Master Ltd. is a locally owned ground maintenance company specializing in reliable and professional snow and ice management. We are currently hiring a Seasonal Snow Plowing Operator for the upcoming winter season.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced operator with tractor experience to assist with snow removal operations throughout the winter season. Hours are sporadic and weather dependent, and the ideal candidate must be reliable, responsive, and available on call.

Responsibilities

• Ability to operate a tractor safely in restricted or limited-space environments, navigating around finished materials and stored goods on site.
• Operate truck with plow
• Perform manual snow removal including shoveling, salting, and clearing walkways/roadways
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of equipment
• Work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and storm events as required

Requirements

• Clear driver’s abstract
• Experience operating a tractor
• Snow plowing experience a strong asset
• Physically able to perform manual labour
• Must be reliable and available for the entire snow season
• Comfortable working on an on-call basis

Compensation

• $25.00/hour
• Vacation paid out each pay period
