Job summary
A leading retail company in Southwestern Ontario is seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate has experience in retail merchandising and customer service. Key responsibilities include managing truck processes, maintaining visual merchandising standards, training new team members, and serving as Manager on Duty. The position requires standing for long periods and working in a dynamic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail merchandising and strong customer service skills are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing adherence to company policies.
- Manage and support the truck processes and lead teams to meet KPIs.
- Maintain seasonal sets to visual merchandising standards.
- Serve as Manager on Duty and assist in training new team members.
