Zusammenfassung
An educational institution is seeking casual teachers in Foundation Studies for STEM, Business, and IT to design and deliver curriculum, assess student progress, and mentor students. Ideal candidates have a relevant degree and experience teaching international students. This role is vital in preparing students for academic success. Applications close on January 11th, 2026, but may close earlier if enough applications are received.
Qualifikationen
- Essential qualifications and experience in teaching international students at Foundation or Diploma level.
- Experience working with international students is essential.
- Demonstrated background in professional development endeavours is desirable.
Aufgaben
- Prepare course teaching materials individually or collaboratively.
- Deliver lessons in a professional manner.
- Conduct weekly consultations for students outside of scheduled teaching hours.
- Mark assessments within the allocated timeframe and record results.
- Provide marking feedback to the Director, Learning and Teaching.
- Ensure class attendance is taken and recorded.
