What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to the product and/or service
- Record call information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as needed
- Promote and sell new or improved services to existing customers
- Facilitate credit card activation for customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
