Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of video, audio, and photo formats, including conversions.
- Strong proficiency with software tools such as Slack, TeamViewer, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
Responsibilities
- Ingest, validate, and organize video and photo data.
- Provide technical support to in-field photographers via Slack and phone.
- Monitor live streams for quality.
