As a Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting marketing and content initiatives for clients in developed markets. You will create, schedule, and optimize digital content across social media, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy. This role involves hands‑on content creation, basic video editing, website updates, and campaign coordination, contributing directly to audience engagement and client visibility. You will collaborate with marketing teams, manage multiple projects, and help maintain organized content assets. Your work will support operational efficiency, enhance marketing effectiveness, and enable clients to achieve their business goals in a remote, flexible, and fast‑paced environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and schedule 3–5 social media posts weekly across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including reels and branded graphics.
  • Update and maintain websites, ensuring content is visually polished, functional, and mobile‑friendly.
  • Draft, format, and schedule email marketing campaigns to promote programs, retreats, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Repurpose content such as interviews and thought leadership into engaging posts, videos, and graphics.
  • Support audience engagement through basic responses to comments, likes, and replies.
  • Organize digital assets, maintain content calendars, and prepare weekly reports outlining completed tasks and upcoming priorities.
  • Assist with promotional materials for events, workshops, and training programs, ensuring timely delivery and consistent branding.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools for reels.
  • Familiarity with website editing platforms such as Wix.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Kajabi, or similar).
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to maintain consistent brand voice.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Background in wellness, coaching, mental health, or personal development is a plus but not required.
