What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and store data on various business processes and logistics
- Validate feedback from surveys to confirm the existence of systems and define relationships to other data repositories
- Manage master data and data inventories, including creation, updates, and deletion
- Develop reports and analyses to support decision-making
- Train end-users on new reports and dashboards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in data analysis
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Expertise in assessing complex data sets and performing root cause analysis
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs
- Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
- Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
