Job summary
A leading technology firm is searching for a hands-on Lead/Principal Software Engineer to develop a high-scale Matching platform. This remote role focuses on distributed systems, optimization, and innovation in data collection processes. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of experience, strong coding abilities, and leadership skills to guide engineering teams. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from CAD$175,000 to $195,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in a Principal Engineer or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
- Ability to guide multiple engineering teams on software design principles.
Responsibilities
- Develop the next generation consolidated Matching platform.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, data science, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure all team members understand project goals and timelines.
