• 5-7 years of experience in SaaS customer implementation, service and support, and project management.
• Project management experience and certifications such as PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Existing knowledge of the regulated life science marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage client requests for the PSC Software Implementation Team.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement commitments to clients are met.
• Conduct System Administration training sessions with clients.
