Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics is a plus.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage key account clients and understand their needs.
• Prepare quotations and maintain customer SOPs.
• Monitor parcel status and report to Key account customers.
• Conduct performance reviews and generate KPI reports.
