A global hospitality technology company is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for over 650 team members in more than 40 countries. You will ensure regulatory compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to global payroll initiatives. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, and at least 3 years of payroll experience, especially with U.S. and Canadian processing. This position offers a flexible, remote-first work environment.

How You'll Make an Impact: As a Global Payroll Specialist, you’ll ensure Cloudbeds’ 650+ team members across 40+ countries — including employees and international contractors — are paid accurately, compliantly, and on time. You’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state U.S. and Canadian employees and support payroll operations across Europe, LATAM and APAC. You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners, including our Employer of Record provider, to maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and streamline global payment processes. You’ll contribute to global payroll implementation and automation initiatives, supporting testing, configuration, and rollout of new Workday features. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll and HRIS processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across payroll operations, delivering a seamless, compliant payroll experience worldwide.
