A regional education authority is looking for an LTO EA Level D for an extended day after school program. The role requires passing a Physical Demands test and various educational qualifications, including diplomas and degrees in child-related disciplines. Candidates must support students with special needs, with a commitment to equity in employment and diverse hiring practices.
This posting is open to WRDSB employees who are members of the EA Association as well as external applicants. Staff already in an LTO are not eligible to apply to this posting if it will conflict with their current LTO.

Qualifications/Requirements: A condition of employment as an EA/CYW with the Waterloo Region District School Board requires that one must pass a Physical Demands test. All job offers will be conditional on the candidate passing all components of this test.
Assets: A valid Behaviour Management Systems certification, proven ability and recent experience in working with students with special needs and behavioural disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder Training, Lifting/Positioning Training
