• Build self‑serviceable data experiences that enable customers to automate their analytical and reporting workloads.
• Create fault‑tolerant data pipelines (oftentimes in real‑time), collecting data across several of Carta's microservices as well as third‑party systems.
• Draft robust and sensible role‑based controls that enable customers to govern fractional access to their data.
• Leverage agentic AI technology to improve all aspects of the customer experience and our internal operational and developmental processes.
• Mentor emerging talent, fostering their growth and development.

The Team You’ll Work With

The Data Ecosystem team is building Carta’s Customer Data Warehouse: a centralized system that stores data all across and even outside of Carta. Our team works incredibly close with engineering and product leadership, real customers including CFOs and accountants, data engineers and data scientists, and several full stack developers across all of Carta. We’re drawn to complexity, motivated by clarity, and operate with a high degree of ownership.
