• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounting Software (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proven payroll proficiency across different cycles and remittances
• Ability to handle multiple client files with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and without supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relations
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients across different industries and business sizes
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Process payroll for multiple clients on varying schedules (monthly, semi-monthly, bi-weekly) including deductions, remittances, and year-end T4/T4A preparation
• Prepare and file government remittances (GST/HST, PST, WCB, payroll deductions, etc.) accurately and on time
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain thorough documentation for all client files
• Assist with year-end preparations in collaboration with external accountants
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity in all client interactions
• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our team.
• You will work remotely from home but will need transportation to and from our office in Westview to exchange paperwork.
• Time management skills and integrity are integral to this role.
• The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Sage 50, have a strong understanding of GAAP, and be experienced with payroll across multiple schedules.
• This role requires the ability to manage a variety of client files, multitask effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
