- Although the role is remote, the candidate must be available during EU hours (GMT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organic social media strategy aligned with brand tone, content pillars, and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain the content calendar across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X).
- Create and produce high-performing posts—static, video, stories, lives, carousels.
- Source and integrate UGC, testimonials, and influencer content into the feed.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
- Track channel performance and report on KPIs: engagement rate, reach, growth, saves, shares, and sentiment.
- Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
