- Build & Grow Your Book of Business: Prospect and generate new personal lines business (auto, home, motorcycle, umbrella, etc.)
- Tailor Coverage: Assess clients\' needs and recommend the perfect insurance solutions to match.
- Consult & Advise: Provide expert advice on policies and coverage, ensuring clients understand their options and make informed decisions.
- Manage Renewals & Claims: Stay on top of policy renewals and assist clients with claims when needed.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed production goals in a commission-only environment
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and industry updates to better serve clients.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of success.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license required
- Sales Savvy: Experience in sales or a strong passion for selling and relationship-building.
- People Person: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—connecting with clients is your superpower.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple clients, policies, and deadlines with precision.
- Self-Starter: Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently as a 1099 producer
- Commission structure: Uncapped commission structure with residual income potential.
