As a DGF Americas Regional Compensation and Benefits Manager you will develop and administer Regional Compensation and Benefits Programs that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency and enable management information for decision making. Review job analysis, evaluation and market benchmarking to align employee pay levels with the external and internal value of jobs as well as employees performance in line with business needs, Rewards philosophy and plans, best practices and local legal requirements
$93,142.50 - $124,190.00+ (Based on Experience)
