Product Manager, Aha! Roadmaps at Aha! (Aha!)

• Work closely with a team of product managers to deliver lovable experiences.
• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and requests.
• Provide input to product and company leadership to help define the product roadmap.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Identify opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Prioritize features based on product goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with user experience and engineering teams to design outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop core positioning and messaging for new releases and support go-to-market activities.
• Measure the use of new features and iterate accordingly.

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company.
• Proven success in driving trial to paid conversion and meaningful, measurable product growth.
• Experience working collaboratively with a team to drive product success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to spark customer interest.
• Deep curiosity and motivation to use AI to improve and accelerate work.

• Support product teams at the largest companies in the world in building lovable products.
• Help build products on the Aha! Roadmaps team that enable customers to achieve their goals.
• Engage with customers to understand real needs and translate them into product decisions.

• Base salary range in the U.S. between $110,000 and $160,000; profit sharing with retirement contributions.
