Partner with CMIOs, CNIOs, and other program leaders to develop tactics that enhance readiness among Prescribers and Clinicians.
Collaborate with communications, engagement, and HR resources as needed.
Lead the planning and coordination of engagement events, including preparing agendas, content, and translations.
Collect and analyze Change Impacts relevant to Prescriber and Clinician audiences.
As the CMC team expands, oversee the daily work of team members supporting engagement activities.
Plan, track, and manage tasks using the Program management tool - Jira.
Work with the CMC Lead to identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Gather feedback through Prescriber and Clinician networks, analyze Change Readiness Survey results, and adapt engagement tactics accordingly.
The candidate will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement and complete the Department's Privacy Training prior to starting.
