• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with B2B and B2C sales strategies
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
• Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
• Previous experience in customer service or sales-related positions
