What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the Enterprise Account Executive team and be accountable for revenue results within the segment
  • Collaborate with senior AEs to maximize win rates on significant opportunities and manage deal risks
  • Hire and onboard high‑caliber Enterprise Account Executives to drive sales performance
  • Foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Professional Services for future customer acquisition
  • Establish strong relationships with customers and facilitate peer‑to‑peer conversations with company leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering $5M+ annually at a company with over $100M ARR
  • Proven track record of winning $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and onboard Enterprise Account Executives who can create their own pipeline
  • Strong mental model for enterprise sales execution and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Comfort in establishing relationships with customers and providing practical advice
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience selling to Talent and/or People leaders, with familiarity of their pains and priorities
  • Background in selling complex multi‑product platforms and experience with rip-and-replace sales motions
