Our client is seeking an Accounting Inventory Administrator to join their team. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory transaction records, reconciling inventory accounts, and ensuring consistency between physical stock and financial records. The successful candidate will serve as a bridge between accounting and inventory management, safeguarding the integrity of inventory data for financial reporting and operational efficiency.

1. Record and reconcile inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and disposals.
2. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory reconciliations.
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records.
4. Collaborate with branch teams to ensure proper documentation of inventory activities.
5. Assist in preparing inventory-related financial reports and audits.
6. Maintain accurate inventory valuation in line with accounting standards.
7. Support internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
8. Travel to other branches as needed for cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
9. Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation for accounting and branch staff.
10. Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor.

• Minimum 2+ years of office administration experience.
• Experience with inventory management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Demonstrates teamwork, leadership, and integrity.
• Excellent research and problem-solving skills.
• Accounting experience is a plus.
