Job summary
A Canadian fire service provider in Ontario is seeking a dedicated Fire Ranger/Fire Fighter to respond to emergencies related to wildland and structural fires, perform safety inspections, and adhere to fire protection standards. Candidates should possess essential qualifications, including a high school diploma, relevant training certifications, and a DZ Driver’s licence. This position offers an opportunity to join a committed team ensuring community safety and compliance with the Canadian Forces Fire Marshal’s directives.
Qualifications
- Must be able to achieve and maintain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.
- Clear driver’s abstract required.
Responsibilities
- Responds to Wildland and Structural fire emergencies.
- Conducts inspections of fire apparatus and equipment.
- Adheres to fire protection program and directives.
