Overview

The role of the school assistant is to provide supervisory support to teaching staff during peak or critical periods of the school day. This position includes lunch period supervision or as needed by the school and yard duty supervision. Successful candidates will be required to complete online (virtual) health and safety training prior to start date (as well as school in-service training).

Work Schedule

Approx. 60 minutes between the times of 12:20 p.m. - 1:20 p.m. (depending on school schedule). Times might vary due to split lunches in order to cohort students, and therefore could require 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour.
