Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking a dedicated professional to support its employee programs focused on learning and development. Responsibilities include managing onboarding and leadership programs, ensuring seamless execution of events, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in HR or Learning, be tech savvy with event platforms, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience supporting large-scale employee programs in HR/Learning.
- Fluency in written and oral English is required.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for program participants.
- Lead logistical support for virtual and in-person learning programs.
- Assist with event planning and marketing for major programs.
