The Director, Sales enablement plays a pivotal role in driving KPMG’s regional marketing and sales strategy with a strong emphasis on client‑centric initiatives and market growth. This leadership position is responsible for aligning marketing efforts with business priorities, enhancing client engagement, and supporting strategic market development across service lines and sectors. The Director manages a team, reports to the Managing Partner in Québec, and works closely with the Clients and Market Partners.

What you will do
  • Sales enablement Strategy
    • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support client retention and growth, with KPMG Québec Market team (Table marché).
    • Collaborate with sector and service line leaders & partners to identify market opportunities and tailor campaigns to client needs.
    • Champion the firm’s Clients & Markets strategy by fostering cross‑functional collaboration and driving executional speed.
    • Collaborate with the National team for a unified, one‑firm, cross‑functional approach to the market.
    • Utilize insights and research to capture attention, distinguish our market voice in Québec, and drive revenue growth.
    • Focus on strategically prioritised campaigns, emphasizing quality over quantity.
    • Develop and adapt tools and resources that support client‑facing teams and ensure alignment with national and global brand standards.
    • Tailor national playbooks to reflect regional client dynamics.
    • Manage budgets, performance metrics (KPIs), and reporting to demonstrate, as feasible, ROI and impact.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to KPMG Quebec leadership on market positioning and brand visibility.
    • Oversee Client Relations and Growth group of Developer.
  • Thought Leadership & Visibility
    • Promote KPMG’s expertise through events, content, and media engagement.
    • Ensure the firm is represented at key industry forums and client‑facing opportunities.
  • Pursuits & Proposals
    • Oversee Pursuits and Proposals team.
    • Lead proposal strategy for high‑value opportunities, tailoring content to client needs and ensuring alignment with firm strategy and messaging.
    • Collaborate with National teams to leverage standardised materials, ensure compliance guidelines and provide feedback to enhance proposal tools and templates.
  • Team Development and Operations
    • Optimise team processes with available technologies.
    • Manage changing priorities and keep the team motivated.
    • Inspire and mentor marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Support career development and growth.
  • You will regularly work closely with:
    • The Strategic Regional Account Managers in the development of multiple projects and strategies.
    • KPMG Québec Managing Partner and his Chief of Staff for support in all go‑to‑market cycles.
    • The events team that supports all activities and initiatives related to corporate culture.
What you bring to the role
  • Proven 15 years of experience in strategic marketing leadership within a professional service or B2B environment.
  • Deep understanding of client relationship management and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in account management, sales, and pipeline management is a big asset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in matrixed organisations and leading cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Experience executing and understanding all roles of the team, ideally having done them in the past.

This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG, communicate with colleagues to provide subject matter expertise on a daily basis, and support the creation of communications and presentations during the regular course of their employment.
