A leading professional services firm is looking for a Director of Sales Enablement in Montreal. This role is pivotal in driving the regional marketing and sales strategy, with a strong focus on client-centric initiatives and market growth. The Director, Sales enablement plays a pivotal role in driving KPMG’s regional marketing and sales strategy with a strong emphasis on client‑centric initiatives and market growth. This leadership position is responsible for aligning marketing efforts with business priorities, enhancing client engagement, and supporting strategic market development across service lines and sectors. The Director manages a team, reports to the Managing Partner in Québec, and works closely with the Clients and Market Partners.
This position requires written and oral fluency in English. The successful candidate will be required to support or collaborate with English‑speaking colleagues or stakeholders while at KPMG, communicate with colleagues to provide subject matter expertise on a daily basis, and support the creation of communications and presentations during the regular course of their employment.
