Job summary
A global professional services firm is seeking an On-Site Technician in Montreal, Canada. Responsibilities include providing technical support for PC and MAC systems, managing service tickets, and supporting hardware assets. Candidates should have 2+ years of technical support experience or a related degree, alongside a strong team mentality and organizational skills. The role may involve travel to different locations and requires flexibility for occasional after-hour support.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of on-site technical support experience or degree in related discipline.
- Ability to work with Microsoft and MAC operating systems.
- Great team mentality and self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented personality.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers working on-site, off-site, or at client engagements.
- Manage service tickets and prioritize accordingly.
- Support Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Office365.
- Assist with hardware asset management and conference room support.
- Provide VIP support and occasional after-hour assistance.
