Your role:

As an IC3 Software Engineer specializing in .NET Core, you will contribute to our backend engineering team by developing and maintaining scalable services that power the AutoSync platform. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to build robust backend solutions ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.

What you'll do:

1. Design and implement backend services and features using .NET Core.
2. Write clean, effective, and testable code with comprehensive unit tests.
3. Manage the full development lifecycle from coding to deployment and monitoring.
4. Design solutions to complex problems with peer support.
5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
6. Contribute to system design discussions and API architecture decisions.
7. Monitor and maintain AWS services for the AutoSync platform.
8. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure backend service reliability.
9. Incorporate security best practices into development.
10. Share knowledge via pair programming, talks, and documentation.
11. Apply AI tools for code optimization, debugging, and performance monitoring.
12. Evaluate AI-generated solutions and refine them to meet our needs.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with .NET Core and its ecosystem.
• Understanding of backend architecture and API design principles.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of database design and data modeling.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI-powered development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for documentation and technical explanations.

• Experience with Vue.js and TypeScript (for occasional frontend work).
