A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Front End Web Developer for a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development frameworks and a solid understanding of programming languages like PHP and Python. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this role, which focuses on enhancing web functionality and developing database-driven websites.
Formación
- Minimum 2 years degree/diploma in computer-related field.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Python.
- Experience with Wordpress, Drupal, Expression Engine.

Job Description for Front End Web Developer:
The person we're looking for will:
• Develop websites ensuring strong optimization and functionality
• Work on projects including web layout enhancements, desktop applications, website enhancements, web-based applications, and database-driven websites
• Interact with servers using SSH
• Work in a variety of development frameworks including: Wordpress, Drupal, ExpressionEngine, CodeIgniter.
Skills we’d like to see:
• Excellent understanding of major operating systems
• Experience working in OS X
• At least a 2 year degree/diploma in a computer-related field (computer science/programming)
• Strong Knowledge of common programming languages including PHP and Python
• Experience with Expression Engine / Wordpress / Drupal development and available add-ons and plug-ins
• Excellent MySQL database knowledge
