About the Role :

Were seeking a Senior Engineer to shape the tooling and infrastructure that power the next generation of scalable AI / ML this role youll collaborate with machine learning and infrastructure teams to design systems that enable seamless model experimentation training deployment serving and evaluation. Your work will accelerate how quickly data science ideas turn into customer impactat a global scale.

Youll report to the ML Platform Engineering Manager and play a critical role in defining and building the foundation for Remitlys future AI-driven products.

You Will :

• Design and build backend services in Go on AWS to support high-scale AI / ML workloads.
• Develop and enhance core ML systemsincluding Feature Store Experimentation Platform and Model Deployment pipelineswith a focus on performance reliability and usability.
• Partner closely with data scientists ML engineers and software engineers across multiple domains to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Drive infrastructure optimization and automation improving system scalability reliability and developer velocity.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with product and business goals.

You Have :

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is $148000-$185000. In Canada Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
