Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for an HRIS Administrator , to join our team reporting to the Manager, People and Culture Digitalization.

The Analyst, HRIS performs human resources-related duties at a professional level to implement daily activities and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, including HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation, as well as supporting policy and procedure implementation in line with the company's mission and values.

The Analyst, HRIS will play a key role in maintaining system data integrity.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Collaborate with key business partners and act as a technical point of contact between Management, People and Culture Team Members, Finance, and IT.
• Process employee hiring, onboarding, termination information, and maintain employee records in the HRIS, including transfers, data changes, promotions, demotions, security role assignments (e.g., timekeeper), mass moves, reorganizations, re-alignments, cost center changes, delegations, leaves, and compensation changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely input and approval of employee data transactions.
• Maintain and update employee files in compliance with HR and government standards.
• Support and coach employees and managers in understanding Workday self-service tools.
• Provide training to end users and update procedural documents as needed.
• Coordinate and collect documents for immigration requirements for foreign workers on work visas and renewals.
• Prepare statistical summaries and reports from HRIS as required.
• Test new system features to verify HR procedures' accuracy.
• Assist Payroll with troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Analyze, test, and resolve system issues.
• Maintain, monitor, and audit data integrity.
• Participate in quarterly internal audit activities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HRIS experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and technical support skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and sense of urgency.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to align HRIS with organizational needs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Workday is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
