• Know the Company Vision Statement and understand the four Core Values
• Responsible for all aspects of Casino Security: including protection of Casino assets, safety of customers and employees, compliance with Internal Control procedures and legal implications of the Gaming Control Act, Liquor License Act, Trespass to Property Act
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas of the Casino, Hotel and Parking Lots u00A0u00A0u00A0
• Provide information and directions requested by patrons, employees
• Act in a fair and professional manner
• Prepare detailed documentation of significant activities (notebooks, statements, reports, etc)
• Legally detain for probable cause, those persons that may be involved in illegal acts and for the purpose of notifying law enforcement authorities
• Provide emergency medical assistance to guests and employees
• Smile and be courteous

u00A0 What Youu2019ll Require u00A0

• Post-secondary education in Law & Security or equivalent is an asset
• Concert Security or Casino Securityu00A0 experience is preferred
• Must be able to pass and maintainu00A0 First Aid and CPR certification
• Must have a valid Ontario Driveru2019s License and provide a clean, 3 year Driveru2019s Abstract annually
• Must be flexible and prepared to change shifts and days off
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven problem solving abilities
• Must be able to deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times
• Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proven ability to be a team player
• Must be able to make effective judgments and decisions u00A0
• Team player with the ability to follow directions
• French language skills (verbal and written) are an asset

• Comply with the duties of workers or supervisors, as prescribed by Section 27 or 28 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Comply with all applicable Casino Rama Occupational Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols
• Demonstrate a positive health and safety attitude to ensure Casino Rama continuously provides a safe entertainment destination for patrons and co-workers
