What You Will Do
- Maintenance : Regularly monitor, update, and maintain the frontend and backend of the Craft CMS website to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and security.
- Content Management : Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, using Craft CMS to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all pages.
- Plugin and Module Management : Install, configure, and manage plugins and modules within Craft CMS to enhance website functionality and meet specific requirements as needed.
- Performance Optimization : Optimize website performance by analyzing and improving page load times, optimizing images and code, and implementing best practices for SEO and accessibility.
- Data Collection and Analysis : Monitor Web analytics and A / B test performance, collect relevant data, and conduct rigorous statistical analysis to draw actionable insights. Interpret results, identify trends, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Continuous Optimization : Continuously iterate and refine testing strategies based on learnings and emerging trends. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Documentation and Training : Maintain comprehensive documentation of website updates, configurations, and procedures. Provide training and support to team members on website management tasks as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure alignment with project goals. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on website status, project timelines, and any issues or concerns.
What You Will Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need a combination of experience, technology skills, personal qualities, and education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development and management, preferably in a similar role
- Relevant certifications or training in web development and CMS platforms are considered an asset
- Proficiency in Craft CMS or similar content management systems
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Experience with A / B & multivariate testing methodologies and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Must be legally entitled to work in the country where the role is located. Must be able to travel to the United States, Canada and / or internationally, and have a valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial or accounting software is preferred
- Experience with Craft CMS, Vidyard, Eloqua, Drift, Chilipiper, and Smartling is highly desirable
- Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce.com) and marketing automation (Eloqua) systems is preferred
- Working knowledge of Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and handle rapidly changing priorities with ease
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
